We have a busy week ahead of us! Last week was an amazing week of exploring and wondering, especially on our Nature excursion at the park! This week will be just as exciting with our pumpkin decorating and dance-a-thon! They'll be lots of learning in between and we'll be putting the 'C' of creativity to excellent use. Here's what we'll be up to. Religion: We continue to spend at least five minutes daily on Christian Meditation. Students are fully engaged in this time in our day and have given us many inspiring thoughts about their experience of it. This week students will listen to the Gospel where Jesus heals the blind man and will reflect on how sometimes they can be blind to the many blessings they have. The students were enthusiastic about being Scientists and recorded many findings, especially at the Hula Hoop Station! On Friday students had the chance to share their noticings and the new knowledge they gained through our "Outdoor Learning" afternoon in a knowledge building circle. Almost all student voices had something to share! Thank you again to all volunteers who came along to help! We truly couldn't have done it without you!
